With preliminary readout at August MCP meeting. Use this seminar to really understand the FFE guidelines. Start to build a plan of what needs to get done to implement the guidelines. In particular, identify a clear set of next steps required to develop robust recommendations. Commit to developing the recommendations for review in 2022. Organization overview: Shape of the portfolio will result in multiple mega-brand launches over next few years. Need to organise effectively to maximise value of this opportunity
